Susan A. Scholl
Susan A. Scholl, B.A. University of California, Santa Barbara (1993), J.D. University of Denver College of Law (2000). Ms. Scholl practices in the firm's litigation department and is experienced in general real estate, business and contract disputes, mechanic's liens litigation, workers' compensation, and mortgage lending concerns. During 2009 and 2010, Ms. Scholl was the Appraisal Program Manager at the Colorado Division of Real Estate, responsible for compliance and licensing matters, and drafting of proposed legislation and rules. She was a member of the Denver University Law Review, 1998-2000, served on the Editorial Board as Senior Articles Editor, 1999-2000, and authored the article Corporate Law: Piercing the Corporate Veil, Survey of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals for 1997-1998 Term, 76 Denver University Law Review, Spring 1999.
