Steven W. Arent
Stephen W. Arent, A.B. Occidental College, J.D. Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley (1967). Mr. Arent specializes in real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and sales, development, financing and leasing. Mr. Arent has served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Rose Medical Center (1987 to 1997). He is an Honorary Life Member of the National Commission and the National Executive Committee of the Anti-Defamation League, having served as chairman of its National Legal Affairs Committee and as chairman of its Rocky Mountain Region Board of Directors. Mr. Arent has been a Member of the Board of Directors of National Jewish Health since 1996 and is its former Chairman of the Board. Mr. Arent is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) Alumni Association.
