Mr. Arent was a shareholder in the Los Angeles law firm of Buchalter Nemer Fields & Younger and the Denver law firms of Brownstein Hyatt & Farber, P.C. and Senn Lewis & Visciano, P.C. Mr. Arent has served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Rose Medical Center (1987 to 1997). He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Region of the Anti-Defamation League since 1982, and he has been a Member of the Board of Trustees of National Jewish Medical and Research Center since 1996. Mr. Arent also is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Boalt Hall School of Law Alumni Association.
