Charles W. Westby, B.A. The University of Washington. J.D. The University of Kansas (2000). Mr. Westby served as Articles Editor for The University of Kansas Law Review while in law school. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Westby undertook advanced theological studies and served churches in Iowa and Kansas as a parish pastor. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Westby served as law clerk to the Honorable John-David Sullivan, District Court Judge of Colorado's Eighth Judicial District Court in Fort Collins. He practices in the Firm's litigation department, focusing on commercial litigation.
