Brad Ramming, B.S. University of Oklahoma, J.D. Oklahoma City University (1992). Mr. Ramming was a member of the Moot Court Trial Advocacy team and Moot Court Board of Governors. Mr. Ramming practices in the firm's litigation department, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation. A significant portion of Mr. Ramming's practice is related to the defense of builders, developers, contractors and subcontractors in construction related lawsuits. In addition, Mr. Ramming represents a wide variety of corporate and individual interests in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Ramming's diverse and varied experience has included insurance defense, landlord-tenant, premises liability, contract disputes, real estate disputes, securities law and representation of broker/dealers. Mr. Ramming has acted as lead and co-counsel on numerous jury and court trials as well as many arbitrations under the auspices of the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Ramming is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Construction Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Ramming is licensed to practice in Colorado, the United States District Court for the State of Colorado and The United States Court of Appeals (10th Circuit). Mr. Ramming has participated in lectures and conferences sponsored by various organizations including the American Bar Association and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
