Hilary A. Anderson
Hilary A. Anderson , B.S. Colorado State University, summa cum laude, J.D. University of Nebraska College of Law, with distinction (2008). Ms. Anderson focuses primarily on commercial litigation with an emphasis in real estate law and appellate work. Ms. Anderson has been involved in all stages of litigation in state and federal court, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, alternative dispute resolution, and appeals. Ms. Anderson is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. While in law school, Ms. Anderson clerked for the Honorable John A. Colborn of the Lancaster County District Court. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Anderson worked in marketing and advertising for the Sterling-Rice Group in Boulder, Colorado. Ms. Anderson is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations, the CBA Mock Trial Committee, the Minoru Yasui American Inn of Court, and the CSU Alumni Volunteer Network. Ms. Anderson has also been published in the Colorado Lawyer.
