Fredric J. Lewis
Fredric J. Lewis, A.B. College of the Holy Cross (magna cum laude), J.D. Columbia University (1973). Mr. Lewis specializes in purchases and sales of real estate, and leasing, corporate law, financing and general business law. He has been involved in the acquisition and sale of numerous properties and businesses throughout Colorado. He also regularly represents lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions. Mr. Lewis was selected for inclusion in Colorado “Super Lawyers” by Law and Politics magazine in 2009 and 2010; this designation is given to the top 5% of attorneys in Colorado. He serves on the boards of Family HomeStead, an organization providing housing to homeless families, and the Early College of Arvada.
