Our Construction Law attorneys represent construction and design professionals, property owners (individual, corporate and governmental) and developers on a wide range of matters related to the construction, design, maintenance and operation of residential (single and multi-family), industrial, commercial and retail projects, including drafting and negotiation of professional services agreements, resolution of contract disputes, construction defect claims, mechanic's lien litigation, and disputes involving environmental contaminants, mold, asbestos, expansive soils and other construction related matters. Our clients are involved in projects located throughout the state of Colorado and the surrounding region. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in construction related matters. We handle matters in all Districts in the State of Colorado, the appellate Courts of Colorado, the United States District Court for Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, we regularly assist clients with the resolution of disputes through private arbitration including matters before the American Arbitration Association. Our experience in resolving disputes regarding shopping centers, stand-alone retail establishments, single family construction and remodeling, governmental facilities, industrial and commercial spaces, allows us to bring a wide range of knowledge to the construction and design professional and property owner.
